Reserve Your Building Site
If you are interested in reserving a homesite in the Parkside community, this is the place to start. The interactive neighborhood map provide information on each homesite. It’s never too early to stake your claim to your preferred location. To explore the possibilities, let’s start the conversation. Living in Parkside may be easier than you think.
1. View the Interactive Maps to Locate Available Homesites
The neighborhood maps can be used to view the lots in the Parkside community. Make note of the lot numbers you prefer.
2. Check the Status of Your Favorites
Review the details of your preferred lot(s) by clicking on the specific lot number on the interactive map. The colored dots from the map legend indicate the availability status of each lot. Please note that only sites shown as LOT AVAILABLE may be reserved.
3. Complete and Submit the INFORMATION REQUEST Form
Fill out the contact information within the form, along with any details that might help us better understand what you are looking for. Submit the form when complete.
Once we receive your inquiry, a Parkside associate will follow up with additional information and assistance. They will outline the process and options for reserving your preferred homesite.
